Chelsea Flower Show Flower & Forage Menu
Chelsea Flower Show takes place from Tuesday 20 to Friday 24 May, and to mark the occasion we are putting on a special Flower & Forage menu on The Terrace.
Our forager, Jack Ball, will ensure that the best of the season's flora arrives fresh to Dinings SW3 to form a menu that celebrates the height of spring. We will also be cooking outdoor on our Big Green Egg, so expect dishes with a touch of barbecue smoke as well as an overarching freshness.
We have collaborated with Suntory to create an exclusive cocktail for the week. Using Roku Sakura Bloom Gin, this fresh uplifting cocktail is dressed with foraged flowers.

Courgette blossom & Gorse flower tempura, warm courgette and saikyo miso velouté, wasabi oil

Wester Ross smoked salmon Roll, Yuzu crème fraiche, dill, yuzu zest
