Summer Highball Fridays on the Terrace

Throughout August, we'll be keeping our Terrace open until 8pm every Friday evening, giving you more time to enjoy summer in Chelsea.

To mark the occasion, we'll be serving a special menu celebrating one of Japan's most enduring drinks traditions: the highball. Crisp, refreshing and designed to accompany food, it's a style of drinking that has become a fixture of bars across Japan and is perfectly suited to warm summer evenings.

Our Highball Fridays menu features four cocktails, built using the House of Suntory collection:

  • Classic Toki Highball
  • Peach & Ume Highball
  • Grapefruit & Melon Highball
  • Matcha & Yuzu Highball

Alongside the drinks, our kitchen will be serving a seasonal yakiniku dish, specially created to accompany the highballs.

Terrace tables are available to book every Friday throughout August, with final outdoor reservations from approximately 6.00pm, allowing plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the evening before the terrace closes at 8pm.
